To perform the Kailash Mansarovar Yatra several permits are provided only to Kailash Tour Operators. It is not possible to get the permits without agency. Overall, the four different permits are essential for this Yatra. ie. Tibet Travel Permit, Chinese Group Permit, Alien Travel Permit, Military Permit.
